Choosing a unique name for your Delaware C-Corp is crucial to making sure your formation moves forward without any snags. 

We recommend choosing diverse names.  If you have a common name, you can add suffixes to make it your own.

For example, for a name like "Lifestyle",  try variations like "Lifestyle Group", "Lifestyle Industries" or "Lifestyle Creations", etc.

Each name you list must be different.

Please ensure that the names are case sensitive, meaning that the letters are lowercase or capitalized exactly as you want your company name  to be displayed publicly.

Company name suffix will automatically be set to "Inc" unless otherwise specified.

If all 3 of the names you select aren't available we'll reach back out.

By default, we setup your corporation as a business consultantcy. On the next page, you'll choose industries you're interested in pursuing, aka your Side Hustles.

These industry selections will allow you to ensure expenses are covered within the C-Corp framework.

Expenses relating to critical asset maintenance and brand image are already accounted for regardless of any interests selected.

You can always add or remove industries by letting us know. This will just kick it off.
